Job summary

LOFT in San Antonio is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, educate and coach team, cultivate an inclusive environment, and leverage technology for a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

This role also supports the Store Manager with recruiting and developing talent, while driving operational excellence and delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers.
