J.Crew Factory seeks an Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You’ll help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement. You will also provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance.

You will collaborate with the rest of the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and ensure smooth operational support as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail management experience.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership to impact results with a meaningful connection to the brand.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations and systems with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting and training as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a collaborative work environment.

• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connections.
