J.Crew Factory is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team. You will help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement while coaching the sales team and ensuring smooth operational support as needed.

You will collaborate with the rest of the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and ensure a positive, productive work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passion for brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to lift up to 40 pounds and navigate a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and ASM to drive profitability through customer connections.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Recruiting, training and development support as needed.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and customer connection.
• Organize community events to build loyalty.
