Rack Room Shoes is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all day-to-day operations. The role focuses on safety, service, and operational excellence, with leadership responsibilities for staff training and customer experience.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume full responsibility for store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while striving to exceed sales and service targets.
