Job summary

• Create and maintain excellent customer shopping experience.
• Oversee POS transactions, loyalty, refunds and cash handling.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes and markdowns.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store housekeeping.
• Support payroll, scheduling and attendance.
• Lead training and development for direct reports.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection.
