Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager in all day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies. This role provides leadership, guidance, and training to staff and steps in during the Store Manager's absence to maintain operations and sales objectives.

The ideal candidate will drive exceptional customer service, manage POS activities, oversee inventory and merchandising, and supervise payroll and scheduling while maintaining loss prevention

Qualifications

• Background check completed and approved
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong managerial and organizational abilities
• Interpersonal skills essential for customer and staff interactions
