POP MART in Kings Plaza Mall is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach Brand Associates, drive store performance, and partner with the Store Manager to execute merchandising, inventory, and loss-prevention standards.

The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication skills, and a passion for collector culture. This on-site position offers career growth and exposure to POP MART’s iconic IP products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business metrics and implement action plans that drive results.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Comfortable working independently while making sound business decisions.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor through coaching and example, ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable, guiding daily operations.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development of Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Monitor and improve KPIs like conversion, UPT, and ATV.
• Collaborate on store openings, events, and campaigns with leadership.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.
• Support onboarding and performance development of new team members.
• Foster an inclusive, customer-first culture that reflects POP MART values.
