Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will drive profits, coach and develop Brand Associates, and collaborate with the General Manager to execute store strategy and goals.

You will own areas of responsibility, mentor Leads, and ensure brand standards while leveraging omni‑channel tools to serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and be flexible with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and execute action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and maintain SOPs.
• Represent the brand and understand retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omni‑channel experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
