Qualifications

• Currently or formerly a retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Retail mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to deliver results and growth through coaching.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric approach.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility within the store.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties to ensure service standards.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and stay aware of the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experiences.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
