• Ability to plan and prioritize according to the needs of the business and maintain a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends using available reporting to identify opportunities and take action.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high‑performance, customer‑focused team aligned with company values.
• Plan for and execute daily business tasks and duties with and without the Store Manager.
