You will collaborate with the Store Manager to model a customer-first culture, recruit and develop staff, and ensure operational excellence across safety, inventory, and daily tasks.

You will need at least 2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced retail, flexible hours including nights/weekends, and the ability to commute within a 30–50 mile radius.
