The role emphasizes coaching, training, and process discipline across customer experience, freight flow, operations, and merchandising, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities
