Job summary

World Market is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high‑performing team and drive sales while upholding our customer‑first values. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will manage daily operations, merchandising, and experiential shopping.

You will recruit and develop staff, coach in the moment, monitor loss prevention, and ensure safety. The role requires flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, and a 21+ age requirement.
