Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Orient Mobile Assistants to T-Mobile's Manifesto and a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and that employees build confidence by making experiences comfortable and simple.
• Observe Mobile Associates interactions with customers to inform development, training and coaching.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, stay updated on products and leadership best practices to be a resource to the team.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; manage displays and visual devices.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications; drive financial results and control expenses.
