Luna Wireless, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, seeks a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in building a high-energy team that delights customers and drives Mobile Associate success.

You will lead training, coaching, and daily operations to ensure excellent in-store experiences. The role requires a proactive leader with strong communication and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse store Mobile Assistants with passion for the Manifesto and Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and create a comfortable, simple experience.
• Observe Mobile Associates interactions and provide feedback for development and coaching.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example and stay up to date on products, services, and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment quality and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; keep displays current.
• Ensure teams are knowledgeable about store systems and communications; drive financial results and control expenses.
