Job summary

Luna Wireless, A T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile's customer-centric goals and ensuring Mobile Associate success.

You will drive the customer experience, stay current on products and promotions, and coach staff to exceed monthly targets while maintaining a high-energy, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every store's Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile's Manifesto by orienting and grounding them to Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and that the experience is comfortable, simple, and solutions-focused.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates interactions and provide coaching feedback.
• Effectively manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, stay updated on products, training, and leadership best practices as a resource to the team.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards, using displays effectively.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and corporate communications; monitor KPI-driven results.
