Job summary

Luna Wireless, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, seeks a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer experience and Mobile Associate success.

You will guide onboarding, training, coaching, and daily operations to ensure the team meets monthly performance goals while staying current on products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Orient Mobile Assistants to Loving Our Customers and store standards.
• Meet customer needs and build confidence by making experiences comfortable and simple.
• Observe interactions for coaching and development.
• Keep up to date on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example and train the team on latest products and leadership practices.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards.
• Ensure knowledge of store systems and corporate communications.
• Manage store expenses and discounts.
