Luna Wireless Retail Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals in a fast-paced T-Mobile environment.

Join a growing retail network and contribute to daily operations, coaching staff, maintaining store standards, and driving performance through product knowledge and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.

Responsabilités

• Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for the manifesto and Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and the experience is comfortable and simple.
• Observe interactions with customers and provide feedback for development and coaching.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example and stay up to date on training and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment and ensure plan-o-gram standards and displays.
• Ensure teams are knowledgeable about systems, communications, and KPI-driven results.
