Luna Wireless is a leading Authorized T-Mobile Retailer in the US, seeking an energetic Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager. You will coach a team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver T-Mobile aspirations.
• Ensure customer needs are met, create a comfortable and simple experience.
• Observe and coach Mobile Associates to improve performance.
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, promotions.
• Lead by example and stay up to date on products, services, and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; ensure staff are trained.
• Monitor store systems, communications, and KPIs; manage store expenses and discounts.
