Old Navy, a Gap Inc. brand, is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class shopping experience.

You will drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development in collaboration with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager. You will recruit and coach Brand Associates and Experts, execute store strategies, and leverage omni‑channel tools to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and coaching skills

• Drive store sales through customer-centric strategies and operations
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts
• Own assigned area of responsibility and improve productivity
