J.Crew Factory is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will help drive a profitable business by building genuine connections with customers, coaching team members, and partnering with leadership to adapt to evolving needs.

You’ll step in on tasks as needed to keep the store performing at its best. You’ll lead by example on customer experience, product knowledge, and community engagement, while scheduling and guiding staff to meet sales goals and provide outstanding

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of retail leadership or assistant manager experience.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Be the role model for creating personalized connections with customers that drive loyalty.
• Observe associate performance on the selling floor and assist to improve connections or sales.
• Lead fit sessions that enhance product knowledge and fuel a style obsession.
