Responsibilities

• Orient Mobile Assistants to Loving Our Customers and store standards.
• Ensure customer needs are met and make experiences simple and confident.
• Observe interactions and use feedback for coaching.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, promotions.
• Lead by example and train on products and leadership practices.
• Maintain store environment and plan-o-gram standards; use displays effectively.
• Ensure teams know store systems and communications; control expenses.
