Qualifications
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
- Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
- Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.
Responsibilities
- Infuse store team with passion for the brand and customer service standards.
- Ensure customer needs are met and experiences are comfortable and simple.
- Observe and feedback mobile associates for development and coaching.
- Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, promotions.
- Lead by example with up-to-date product knowledge and leadership best practices.
- Maintain store environment and adhere to visual standards; execute procedures.
- Ensure teams are knowledgeable about systems, communications, and KPIs.
