Luna Wireless, one of the largest Authorized T-Mobile Retailers in the US, is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team.

You will drive customer experience, train Mobile Associates, manage daily operations, and deliver results while staying current on products, promotions, and store standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by orienting them to Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and customers gain confidence from a simple, comfortable experience.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions to support development and coaching.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example with up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; keep displays current.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications; drive financial results and manage expenses.
