Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising and talent development, partnering with the General Manager to execute the store strategy.

You will recruit, hire and coach Brand Associates and Experts, ensuring consistent standards and a shopper-centric environment while promoting the brand and supporting omni-channel

Qualifications

• A current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals.
• Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to deliver results to meet business goals.
• Able to lead and mentor others to learn and grow through coaching.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Able to use retail technology and move around the sales floor and stockroom (up to 30 pounds).
• Willing to travel as required.
