Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer-focused operations, merchandising, and talent development, while executing store strategy with your GM/AGM to deliver a best-in-class experience.

You'll recruit and coach Brand Associates, Experts, and Leaders, own area of responsibility, and ensure compliant SOPs while leveraging omni-channel tools to meet business goals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and your team.
• Metrics-driven with a track record of achieving targets.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays.
• Experience with retail technology and POS systems.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities
