Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store team and bring the brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales growth through store operations, merchandising, and talent development, collaborating with the GM to coach Leads and Brand Associates toward a best-in-class experience.

You will recruit, hire and develop teams, own areas of responsibility, implement action plans, perform Service Leader duties, ensure SOPs are followed, and promote community

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (1–3 years)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead a team and coach associates
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Set the store tone and lead the team to deliver the brand experience.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned areas and drive sales through effective merchandising and operations.
• Implement plans to maximize efficiency and productivity; ensure SOPs are followed.
• Provide Service Leader duties and promote omni-channel customer experience.
