Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising and talent development.

Working with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, you will coach Leads and Brand Associates, execute the store strategy, and ensure consistent SOPs, compliance and a community-focused retail floor.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with customers and teams.
• Retail passion; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Metric-driven; able to meet business goals.
• Able to coach and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
