Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone, drive profitable sales, and lead a high-performing team. You will coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while managing operations, merchandising, and talent development.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to execute store strategy, meet performance goals, and ensure compliant, efficient store processes across customer, product, and operational areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in retail management.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop others.
• Comfort using retail tech and POS systems.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around store.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through customer- and product-focused operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement efficiency plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and maintain a competitive retail posture.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a seamless customer experience.
