Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class shopping experience. You will drive profitable sales through store operations, merchandising, and coaching your team to exceed goals.

Collaborate with the General Manager to train and develop Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates, while upholding brand standards and a customer-centric approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and deliver a customer-centric experience.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and monitor retail landscape.
