Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and lead a team in delivering the brand experience. You will drive profitable sales through customer service, merchandising, and operations, while coaching and developing Brand Associates and Experts.

Collaborate with store leadership to execute strategy, manage key metrics, and promote omni-channel shopping. You will ensure SOPs are followed and support a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfort with retail technology and POS systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set store tone and lead the team to deliver the brand experience.
