Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone and drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You’ll support the store strategy and coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication to interact with customers and team
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
• Driven by metrics to meet business goals
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends
• Able to use retail technology
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds
