Work with your General Manager to execute store strategy, mentor Leads and Brand Associates, and ensure standards, omni-channel execution, and compliance while maintaining a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in a store environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Willing to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.
