Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer operations, merchandising and talent development, collaborating with the General Manager to coach leads and brand associates.

You will be part of a fast-paced retail environment, required to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed, with a focus on coaching, teamwork and results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
