You will promote a customer-first culture, ensure a seamless in-store experience, and uphold company standards while supporting merchandising and daily operations.

This full-time role offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing wireless retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule for full-time work.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance.
• Manage customer wait times for a smooth in-store experience.
• Stay up to date on products, services and leadership best practices.
• Support store maintenance and ensure a clean, organized retail environment.
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure displays meet company standards.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring KPIs and controlling store expenses.
