You will foster a customer-first culture, ensure a seamless, confident, and solutions-oriented experience, supervise daily operations, coach staff on product knowledge, merchandising, and store procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team with the Store Manager.
• Coach Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and performance.
• Manage customer wait times for a smooth in-store experience.
• Support store maintenance, merchandising, and store procedures.
• Drive financial results by monitoring performance indicators and expenses.
