Job summary

United Wireless Communications, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to work closely with the Store Manager in Bay City, MI. You will lead and develop the store team while promoting a customer-first culture and helping sales reps achieve goals.

You will monitor KPIs, manage expenses, and ensure a clean, organized retail environment with compliant procedures and strong customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Flexible schedule for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance.
• Manage customer wait times to ensure a smooth and efficient in-store experience.
• Stay up to date on products, services, and leadership with best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on sales and customer service strategies.
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure displays meet company standards.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring KPIs.
