This program gives hands-on experience in store operations, driving sales and profitability, coaching and developing your team, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control. Pay ranges from $19.50 to $20.50 per hour, with perks including insurance, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and profit-sharing bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Open availability for 24/7 operation (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Previous leadership experience supervising teams in retail/food service.
• At least 3 months customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service and greet/thank customers.
• Enforce company policies with staff.
• Suggest add-on purchases and promote store specials.
• Maintain sanitation and proper food handling/storage.
• Keep store/surroundings clean and stocked.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Manage food service to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Respond to emergencies when Store Manager is unavailable.
