You will contribute to sales, customer service, training, and daily operations while promoting store promotions and ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards. Excellent growth potential and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Open availability for a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior leadership experience in food service or retail.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and a friendly, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service while greeting and thanking customers.
• Train, mentor, supervise, and lead employees.
• Enforce company policy and procedures with the team.
• Promote store specials and suggest purchases to customers.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels, including pumps where applicable.
• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers; manage product transfers.
• Keep fast-food area clean and stocked.
• Follow Safety Manual guidelines and report incidents to management.
• Work weekends and or other shifts; be available for any shift.
• Manage foodservice/beverage programs to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Enter sales into the register and perform safe drops per policy.
• Prepare and make daily deposits on weekends or when covering the manager.
• Prepare weekly supplier orders as needed.
• Respond to emergencies when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Operate cash register and store equipment as needed.
• Prepare cashier checkout reports accurately.
