Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Open availability for 24/7 operation including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Leadership experience in food service or retail.
• At least 3 months of customer service in retail.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and a friendly attitude.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Teamwork and collaboration to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service and greet customers.
• Follow policy and procedures with employees.
• Promote store specials and suggest purchases.
• Ensure sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Maintain building cleanliness and merchandising areas.
• Restock shelves and displays to avoid stockouts.
• Operate registers and store equipment as needed.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Manage food service programs to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Prepare daily deposits when needed and cover shifts.
• Respond to emergencies when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Prepare weekly supplier orders.
• Perform duties as assigned.
