Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Open availability 24/7, including nights/weekends/holidays.
• 3+ months of customer service experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service and greet customers.
• Follow policies and supervise staff as directed.
• Promote store specials and suggest purchases.
• Maintain sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Restock shelves and minimize out-of-stocks.
• Train new employees and assist in programs.
• Assist in preparing weekly supplier orders.
• Respond to emergencies when the Store Manager is unavailable.
