Job summary

Luna Wireless, a prominent T-Mobile Authorized Retailer in the United States, is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager who partners with the Store Manager to train and develop the team, aiming to earn a place in customers' hearts and Mobile Associate success.

You will guide associates, ensure top customer experiences, and drive performance metrics in a fast-paced environment. The role offers growth potential and benefits in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every store's Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile's Manifesto and ground them to Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure every customer need is met and that employees build confidence by delivering a simple, complete solution.
• Observe Mobile Associates’ interactions and use feedback for coaching and development discussions.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services and promotions.
• Lead by example with up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment quality and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards, using displays effectively.
