Luna Wireless is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to work with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team and achieve T-Mobile’s customer-focused goals. You will help drive sales, train staff, and ensure exceptional shopper experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, a flexible schedule, and strong leadership and communication to fuel growth and advancement opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience in retail.
• Available for a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor others; strong communication.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Orient and mentor Mobile Assistants to the store standard.
• Ensure customer needs are met and experiences are simple and confident.
• Observe interactions for coaching and development.
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products and promotions.
• Lead by example with product knowledge and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment and visuals per planograms.
• Ensure knowledge of store systems and team communications.
• Drive financial results and manage store expenses.
