Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile aspirations and Mobile Associate success.
• Infuse a passion for Loving Our Customers and orient Mobile Assistants to store standards.
• Ensure customer needs are met and that their experience is comfortable and simple.
• Observe Mobile Associates interactions with customers for coaching and development.
• Manage customer wait times, stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example with the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to visual displays, Retail Methods and procedures.
