Qualifications

• 1 year customer service or sales experience in retail
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Orient Mobile Assistants to Loving Our Customers
• Meet customer needs and build confidence by making experiences comfortable and simple
• Observe Mobile Associates' interactions and provide feedback for development
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions
• Lead by example with latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices
• Maintain store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; manage displays
• Ensure teams know store systems and communications; drive financial results and control expenses
