Luna Wireless, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, seeks an experienced Retail Assistant Manager in the US to partner with the Store Manager and lead the store team. You will drive T-Mobile customer experience, coach Mobile Associates, and ensure execution of in-store standards to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto and orient them to Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and that staff build confidence by making the experience comfortable and simple.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates' interactions for development and coaching conversations.
• Effectively manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, stay updated on products, services, training, and leadership best practices for the team.
• Maintain store environment quality and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; use displays effectively.
• Ensure teams are knowledgeable about store systems and corporate communications; drive key KPI results.
