Luna Wireless is a large Authorized T-Mobile Retailer in the United States. The Retail Assistant Manager partners with the Store Manager to develop the store team and drive customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and sales performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse Mobile Assistants with a passion for T-Mobile’s manifesto and Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and that experiences are simple and confident.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions to support development and coaching.
• Effectively manage customer wait times and stay up to date on products and promotions.
• Lead by example, train on time and meet monthly success measurements.
• Maintain store environment and align with plan-o-gram standards and displays.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and internal communications, and manage KPIs and expenses.
