Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability and brand experience.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development when needed.
• Collaborate to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost associate performance.
• Engage the community through events to build loyalty.
