You will collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success, ensuring smooth operations and an engaging shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Must bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to maximize profitability through brand connection.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals with best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connection.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor as needed.
