Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for store operations and lead a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales through customer- and product-focused strategies, merchandising, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers.

You will work with the General Manager to coach Leads and Brand Associates, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and omni-channel initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the store.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitable sales through customer-centric strategies and store operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans for efficiency.
• Lead by example in service and store procedures to ensure consistency.
